Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using ClearToHaul's services. By purchasing or using our services you agree to these terms.

Services

ClearToHaul provides FMCSA compliance consulting and document preparation services for motor carriers. Our services include the Audit Readiness Review, Done-For-You Compliance Package, and Monthly Compliance Management.

Not Legal Advice

ClearToHaul is a compliance consulting service, not a law firm. Nothing we provide constitutes legal advice. We recommend consulting a licensed attorney for legal questions related to your operating authority or regulatory obligations.

Pass Guarantee

Our Done-For-You Compliance Package includes a pass guarantee. If you complete our program and fail your FMCSA New Entrant Safety Audit, we will remediate all identified deficiencies at no additional cost. The guarantee applies only when: (a) you have purchased the Done-For-You Compliance Package in full, (b) you have provided accurate and complete information about your operation, (c) the audit failure relates to documents and policies within our program scope. The guarantee does not cover audit failures resulting from operational violations, driver conduct, vehicle condition, or information withheld from ClearToHaul.

Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. One-time service fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. Monthly Compliance Management subscriptions may be cancelled at any time with no penalty. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Delivery

Audit Readiness Reviews are delivered within 48 hours of receiving your compliance documents. Done-For-You Compliance Packages are delivered within 7 business days of intake completion. Timelines assume prompt response from the client.

Limitation of Liability

ClearToHaul's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for regulatory penalties, lost revenue, or business interruption arising from audit outcomes.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
