What Happens After You Purchase
Within one business day of your purchase we will contact you at the email provided during checkout. We will collect your DOT number, fleet details, and any existing documents you have. Your complete compliance program is delivered within 7 business days. A 30-minute audit walkthrough call is scheduled at delivery to make sure you understand every document before FMCSA contacts you.
What Happens If You Fail Your Audit
FMCSA issues a Corrective Action Plan. You have 15 days to fix every deficiency and resubmit. If you miss that window your authority is suspended for a minimum of 30 days. You cannot haul. You cannot earn. That is the cost of being unprepared.
